1) LIf your product is defective/damaged/ incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please fill the form at Refund & Return Form section.
2) Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”
3) For device-related issues after usage or the expiration of the window we will refer you to brand warranty (If applicable.)
